Bridesmaid dress returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days in the exact condition sent. No smells, marks, stains, rips, bust zips, animal hair. If any of these are present the item will be sent back to you & refund will not be granted. The original packaging must also be in tact so please open carefully. Postage costs will not be refunded. In the event of an exchange postage costs will have to be paid for by the buyer. We do not offer free postage on returns. Your refund minus 20% Re stocking fee's apply for any returned item. made to measure dresses are none refundable. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 3 weeks of ordereing any time after that the fabrics will be already cut for your dresses and we can only refund you 50% made to measure orders cannot be cancelled.
Wedding dress returns:
Made to measure wedding dresses cannot be refunded as they made to your measurment. Its your responsibility to measure yourself correctly, we do urge you to get a proffesional to do this for you. Our wedding dress makers have been in the business for many years so they only make to measurments you give thus no mistakes on thier or our part for a wedding dress not fitting.
We accept returns on standard size dress minus 30% all the above T&C apply also.
Order problems:
If there is a problem with your order you need to advise us asap. If there is a problem with sizing on made to measure dresses you will need to return the dresses for us to check as we do have quite afew customers saying this but the actual problem is the person who has measured themselves. If this is the case the dresses will be returned to you.
Any problems which are the fault of ourselves, dresses will be re made once the faulty ones are returned and checked.
