Bridesmaid dress returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days in the exact condition sent. No smells, marks, stains, rips, bust zips, animal hair. If any of these are present the item will be sent back to you & refund will not be granted. The original packaging must also be in tact so please open carefully. Postage costs will not be refunded. In the event of an exhange postage costs will have to be paid for by the buyer. We do not offer free postage on returns, One bridesmaid dress costs £9.99 to post to the UK, 2 dresses £19. Re stocking fee's of 20% will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to any other items purchased from our shop.
Wedding dress returns:
Made to measure wedding dresses cannot be refunded as they made to your measurment. Its your responsibility to measure yourself correctly, we do urge you to get a proffesional to do this for you. Our wedding dress makers have been in the business for many years so they only make to measurments you give thus no mistakes on thier or our part for a wedding dress not fitting.
We accept returns on standard size dress minus 30% all the above T&C apply also.
