Q: I have only ordered 1 bridesmaid dress / jacket why will it take 8/14 weeks? A: We have our dresses made and delivered in bulk to keep our prices low, if you only order one dress there will be 40+ dresses for other customers to be made also. If we have the item in stock it will be delivered upon order. Please email for stock details.
Q: Do your wedding dresses inclued an underskirt (nettedskirt) A:.No these have to purchased seperatly and are £19.99
Q: My measurments do not fit to the measurment chart?
A: Please see our wedding dress information page on how to measure yourself correcty as many people measure wrongly, if you still have sizes that are not fitting we can make bridesmaid dresses to your measurments.
Q: How much is delivery to the UK
A: We offer free p&p on bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses £2 and wedding dresses £19.
Q: You dont have the colour I need listed to buy? A: We stock many colours. If you dont see a colour that you want to buy direct off the site please email us and we will advise if its available.
Q: When should I order bridesmaid/flower girl dresses?
A: You must give yourselves at least 5 month before the wedding date. Make and delivery times can change without notice. This is your wedding day be organized! All make times are approximate and 12 weeks doesnt mean that your dresses will be ready exactly 12 weeks from the date of order.

Q: What can I do if my dress needs adjusting/altering?
A: We do not offer any kind of alteration service any alterations have to be arranged by yourself and paid for by you. We do not take responsibility for any kind of alterations that maybe need to make the dress(s) fit perfectly

Q: Why might my colour sample be a slightly different shade from my dress?
The samples are available as a guide the actual dress shade may differ sligtly in shade from the sample. All fabrics are dyed to the colours required and this means that it is not always possible for them to exacly match.
If you are wishing to order just one dress and the rest at a later date it is possible that there maybe a slight difference in shade.
It is advised to order all dresses at the same time. In most cases the colours are exactly the same but please note its at your own risk if you wish to order dresses at seperate times.

Q: I need to cancel my order!
If you order has already been started around 3 weeks after order we can only refund you the ammount minus 50% Compleated orders will not be refunded. The chance of anyone ordering the same dresses as you is unlikely this means that we have to sell the dresses off at a cheaper price if we continued to do this without charging you then we would have to put the prices up of all our dresses. Made to measure dresses are totally none refundable.

Q: I have a problem with my order
If you feel your dresses are not correct please inform us asap. We will re make any dresses that are not as they should be but all dresses must be returned to us first so we can check the problem.

The samples are available as a guide the actual dress shade may differ sligtly in shade from the sample. All fabrics are dyed to the colours required and this means that it is not always
possible for them to exacly match, refunds will not be issued if you decide to match your whole wedding theme from the sample and the actual dress shades are different.
Our make times are approximate and you must order your dresses at least 5 months before the wedding date. Incase of any delays your dresses will not be with you in time if you do not sensibly order in advance and we will not be held responsible for this, no refunds will be issued if your dresses do not arrive on time if you have left less than 17 weeks before the wedding date.
Our make times are very clear we will not accept responsibility on any last miunte orders its up to you to be organizesd if you know your are getting married order your dresses asap!
Although every care is taken when making the dresses sometimes there can be loose threads on the seams which just need snipping off.
